The REC provides a range of referral and empowerment services to support individuals in need. Our comprehensive referral network ensures access to essential resources such as food, clothing, shelter, education, and financial literacy. We prioritize clear communication and transparent processes to build trust and empower our clients to make informed decisions.
We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment for character building activities for both parents and children through our Villages CAFE program. This Hillsborough County Children's Board-funded initiative aims to foster self-sustainability by offering character building activities and wholesome, delicious meals. It provides an opportunity for progress check-ins and promotes accountability toward self-empowerment.
Empowerment Exchange
Our Empowerment Exchange initiative allows individuals to exchange resources and skills, fostering a community built on collaboration and support. We believe that providing a straightforward and inclusive exchange policy is vital to building trust and ensuring that our clients feel confident in engaging with our services.
